Housekeepers

Looking for a full time or part time housekeepers in the busy Old Orchard Beach area. Housekeepers will be responsible to assist in the maintaining, sanitary and cleanliness of motel rooms and common areas. Duties may include, but not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, bedding, laundry, sanitizing rooms and other cleanness tasks while maintaining a professional appearance with a positive attitude. You must have a keen eye for details, be productive, have a motivated work ethic and be reliable. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Offering competitive pay in addition to a high tipping rate at the hotel. $300 SIgn on bonus and End of season bonus. Pay rate $15-17 Hourly plus tips.

• Drivers Licence preferred

Front Desk 

Looking to hire multiple full time or part time Front Desk Employees in the busy Old Orchard Beach Motel. Front Desk Employees will be responsible to assist in welcoming guests, manage reservations, managing payments from guests and provide exceptional customer service to all guests of the motel. Weekend and flexible schedules are needed to be successful in this position. Hospitality experience is preferred however will train. Customer service experience is a must. Pay range is $15-17 hourly.

Responsibilities or qualifications may include but not limited to the following:

• Prior Customer Service is a must, Hospitality experience preferred

Groundskeepers

King Real Estate, in Old Orchard Beach, is looking for full time or part time seasonal groundskeepers. You would be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the motels properties. Groundskeeping tasks may include, lawns, pool cleaning, cleaning walkways, patios and help with laundry and trash duties. Ideal candidates will work safe and efficiently while providing customer service to our guests. Pay range for this position is $15-17 hourly.

Responsibilities or qualifications may include but not limited to the following:

• Have the physical ability to  lift, bend and reach. 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work independent and as part of a team
• Arrange pool, lawn and beach outdoor furniture neatly.
• Rake lawns and remove trash 
• Ability to run landscaping tools 
• Have a flexible schedule which may include weekends. 
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions 
• Ability to work outside and in all types of weather

Maintenance

Looking for a full time hard working individual with experience in Property Maintenance, mainly in residential properties in the Old Orchard Beach area. A Property Maintenance worker will be responsible for taking care of residential buildings and other properties. Duties may include, but not limited to: painting, carpentry, renovations, preventive maintenance, and fixing of residential items. You will have a keen eye for details, be productive, have a motivated work ethic and be reliable. Successful candidates will have their own transportation and are willing to travel to properties where needed. Pay Range for this position is $15-20 hourly.

Responsibilities or qualifications may include but not limited to the following:

• Must have Drivers Licence 
• Evaluate, repair and maintain simple plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems in the building
• Evaluate, repair and maintain carpentry work 
• Maintain safety procedures 
• Frequently inspect all grounds, structures and systems and Correct any problems 
• Work in all types of weather conditions 
• Communicate with residents, visitors, vendors while presenting in a professional, positive image
• Perform additional duties by management
